Job summary

ASML Holding is seeking a Senior Manager FP&A for the EUV NXE business line in the Netherlands. You will lead long-term and annual financial planning, deliver monthly reviews, and translate risks and opportunities into actionable plans.

You will manage two direct reports and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive performance and strategic decision-making. The role requires a Master’s degree in business economics, a recognised controller qualification, 10+ years in FP&A or business

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business economics or related field.
Recognised controller qualification (e.g., Registered Controller).
At least 10 years in FP&A or business control.
Experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes.
Familiarity with planning tools: SAP BPC, SAP BW, BI reporting.
Background in high-tech or complex environments.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term financial planning and annual budgeting for the EUV NXE Business Line.
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reviews with insights.
Identify risks and opportunities and translate into actionable plans.
Support business case development for strategic decisions.
Drive improvements in planning tools, processes, and reporting quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance management.
Manage and develop a team of two direct reports.
