Job summary

ASML seeks an EHS Business Partner for the EUV Factory to uphold a safe, compliant environment across high-tech manufacturing. You will advise operations, engineering and facilities teams on health and safety strategies.

The role requires a master or bachelor in safety management with a technical background and at least 15 years’ experience in high-tech or semiconductor settings. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch language knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in safety management and a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
• Minimum 15 years of health and safety experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor production.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU safety regulations (Safety Act and Environmental Act).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted EHS advisor to operations, engineering and facility management teams.
• Collaborate with EHS SMEs to implement safety initiatives across business units.
• Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations and ASML policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks within a highly complex industrial factory.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness.
• Track safety performance indicators to provide insights for improvement.
