Job summary

ASML Holding is seeking a Manager, Technical Accounting & External Reporting to act as a trusted advisor ensuring compliance, quality decision-making, and risk mitigation. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the Finance function and lead external reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.

In this role you will own Integrated Reporting, advise on significant deals, and help shape accounting policies and SOX controls.

Qualifications

Master's degree with a completed RA, CPA or equivalent.
10+ years of experience at one of the Big 4 audit firms (incl. managerial experience).
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and related requirements (preferred).
Experience with continuous monitoring and data analytics (preferred).

Responsibilities

Advise colleagues with the correct and consistent interpretation and implementation of US GAAP/IFRS standards.
Determine the accounting impact of significant sales and procurement deals with project/ account teams.
Take ownership of Integrated Reporting (US GAAP and IFRS) and interim IFRS reporting; review quarterly statements.
Be responsible for accounting policies via the accounting manual and SOX scoping and control framework.
Provide second level of oversight over accounting compliance and deliver trainings.
Communicate with Audit, Disclosure and Internal Control Committees and assist auditors.
Encourage continuous improvement and embedding compliant accounting in ASML’s processes.
