Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks an EF Manufacturing Cost & Coverage Controller / Improvement Lead to partner with the finance organization. You provide timely historical and forward-looking plans and insights to enable high-quality decision-making, focusing on cost coverage, variances, and overhead allocation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Economics; RC/RA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 8+ years in a Finance environment.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience with SAP-based planning tools.
• Public high-tech / international group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering insights on production performance and overhead allocation.
• Own and drive the GMF Manufacturing improvement roadmap.
• Lead a small team responsible for reporting in these areas.
• Prepare and manage long-term financial plan, annual budget cycle, and monthly reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement by initiating changes with SMEs.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve high-quality standards.
