Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience required.
• Experience working with Product, Data Analytics, and Technical Accounting teams is preferred.
• Comfort working with big data in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be solution-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to grasp technical designs and translate them into clear concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective stakeholder management.
• Proactive, independent, and growth-focused attitude.
• Strong understanding of month-end close and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner, driving cross-functional projects with impact.
• Lead design, implementation, and testing of large-scale initiatives from an accounting view.
• Ensure reporting, controls, and compliance for new initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for processes, data, fund flows, and instructions.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and BI to design, test reporting for new initiatives.
• Address accounting challenges and support balance sheet and P&L excellence.
• Oversee monthly close for new initiatives until transitioned to month-end team.
• Coordinate with external providers and local auditors for compliance.
• Identify and implement operational process improvements.
