Job summary

Geely Europe is seeking a Senior Specialist – Finished Vehicle Logistics to coordinate the transportation of finished vehicles from storage to dealer partners. You will focus on daily transport planning, manage trucking providers, track deliveries and ensure on-time, in-full fulfillment.

In this role you will coordinate with compounds, oversee supplier performance, handle documentation and invoicing, and communicate shipment status to dealers.

Qualifications

• Related degree and hands on experience in transportation, logistics, automotive logistics.
• Automotive logistics experience required.
• Strong coordination and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and book vehicle transportation with approved trucking suppliers and manage daily transport operations.
• Monitor transport progress and resolve delivery issues to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with trucking providers and support rate negotiations and supplier selection.
• Coordinate with compound providers to ensure vehicles are Ready for Transport (RFT) and confirm availability before booking.
• Provide dealers with proactive shipment status updates and respond to inquiries.
• Collect and archive POD, CMRs, and other transport documents and verify invoices.
