Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the Benelux region is seeking a Business Development Manager for Finished Vehicle Logistics to identify, qualify and close new opportunities and build long-term partnerships in Benelux.

You will be the main contact for customers in Benelux, with occasional travel to Germany and France, based in Oosterhout or Ghislenghien. The role requires strong BD/Sales experience and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Strong network in the Benelux region is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux region and to Germany/France.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in Finished Vehicle Logistics.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and translate needs into solutions.
• Be responsible for OEMs Finished Vehicle Logistics business development in line with strategies.
• Promote diversification into Cars & Used Cars markets.
• Close deals that drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and define commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with FVL product teams to enable synergies and upsell.
