Ad Idem Consulting Limited, Amsterdam, seeks a senior Finance Business Partner to drive financial strategy for Sourcing, Category Management and Own Brand. You will partner with the Chief Product Officer and CFO, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance reviews across a complex international organisation.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A or related senior finance roles, strong collaboration with senior leadership, and fluency in English (Dutch a plus).

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or similar senior finance roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in commercial, sourcing or category management.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial agenda for Sourcing, Category Management and Own Brand.
• Coordinate Monthly Performance Reviews and lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and commercial initiatives.
• Challenge the business and shape strategic decisions in a complex international organisation.
