Job summary

Ad Idem Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner for a Netherlands HQ role. You will provide finance support across Commercial Finance, FP&A and Supply Services for distributor markets, delivering integrated reporting and planning.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and at least five years’ finance experience with a strong commercial finance mindset. Hybrid model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Minimum of five years’ finance experience with a strong commercial finance mindset.
Experience with management reporting, planning and forecasting; distributor markets preferred.

Responsibilities

Own P&L, planning, forecasting and end-to-end accountability for commercial fixed costs.
Partner with commercial teams and review sales promotions and trade spend accruals.
Monitor and forecast supply costs and lead margin improvement projects across the region.
