Job summary

Innatera seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer to support customers across AI at the edge, blending hands-on engineering with customer-facing leadership. Based at our Dutch HQ or remote in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal, you will bridge customers and product teams, driving rapid design-in and deployment of Innatera’s neuromorphic processors.

You will work closely with Python, C/C++, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, coordinating with SDK/EDK teams and architects to ensure successful implementations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in the Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience with AI Embedded Applications and global customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management.
• Handle technical questions from customers and accelerate their development.
• Train customers through workshops, seminars, and on-site support for tools and applications.
• Guide customers through design-in processes, including architecture reviews and training.
