Job summary

Innatera Nanosystems BV is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer in the Netherlands to drive the evolution of our compiler framework for next-generation AI accelerators. You will own end-to-end compiler development and work with the SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams to extract maximum value for customers.

The role requires strong Python and C++ skills, experience with MLIR/TVM-style toolchains, and deep knowledge of neural networks and computer architecture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
• Familiar with neural networks and standard model architectures.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with compiler frameworks for NN like MLIR/TVM.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and performance optimization.
• Rapid prototyping capabilities for testing ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the compiler for next-generation AI accelerator architectures, enabling new network topologies while maximizing chip performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams to gather compiler requirements.
• Provide feedback to hardware engineers to refine future architectural designs based on compiler insights.
• Stay at the forefront of neural network compiler technologies, introducing innovative solutions and best practices.
