Job summary

Innatera seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer to support product development and customer implementations from our Dutch HQ or remotely in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal. You will translate field feedback into product improvements and build deep technical relationships with customer teams to drive successful integrations.

You will also assist with design-in, provide training, and partner with Sales and product teams to secure wins while collaborating across SDK/EDK and architecture groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in semiconductors.
• Experience with AI embedded applications.
• Experience working in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between market and internal teams by translating client feedback into product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management as their primary technical advisor.
• Handle technical questions from customers and accelerate their development of Innatera’s technology.
• Train customers with workshops, seminars and on-site support for tools and applications.
• Guide customers through design processes, architecture reviews and design-in support.
