Job summary

Innatera is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to support product development and customer implementations from the Dutch HQ, with remote options in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal. The role requires hands-on technical problem solving within the engineering team to translate field feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, CS, or a related field.
• Strong Python and C/C++ coding skills.
• Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Embedded Development Kit(s) and AI background.
• Computer architecture knowledge is a big advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and outstanding communication & customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between market and internal teams by translating client feedback into product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management as primary advisor.
• Address technical questions/issues and accelerate customers' development with Innatera tech.
• Train customers alongside engineering teams via workshops and on-site support for tools and apps.
• Guide customers through design processes including architecture reviews and design-in support.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate Innatera value for wins.
• Collaborate with SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product owner teams.
