Delta Electronics EMEA seeks a highly experienced Senior Field Application Engineer to drive growth across Europe. You will bridge R&D and European customers, providing expert pre- and post-sales support for Flowpack, HFSS, and VFSS applications.

The role requires 10+ years in packaging machinery, strong PLC and motion-control skills, and willingness to travel across Europe up to 40–50% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an FAE, Commissioning Engineer, or Automation Engineer specifically within the packaging machinery industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Must-have: Deep, hands-on understanding of packaging mechanics and control loops for Flowpack, HFSS, and VFSS applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support to European customers, ensuring seamless integration of automation solutions into HFFS, VFFS, and Flowpack machinery.
• Conduct detailed technical assessments of customer requirements and design customized engineering solutions (motion control, drives, PLC programming, and HMI integration).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site or remotely, minimizing customer downtime and ensuring optimal machine performance.
