Job summary

Packsize, a fast-growth multinational tech company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain packaging systems at customer sites. You will perform start-up testing, provide on-site training and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, reading schematics, and coordinating with service teams. Travel is substantial, including international assignments; fluency in English and Dutch is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or technical education required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
• Able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined service and installation calls at customer sites.
• Manage on-site installation, validation and commissioning of systems.
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and repairs, including upgrades.
• Provide on-site training to customers on product capabilities.
• Schedule tasks and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and report project progress.
