Job summary

Delta seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer to drive growth across Europe, bridging R&D and customers. You will own technical pre- and post-sales support for Flowpack, HFSS, and VFSS packaging lines, and deliver tailored solutions.

You bring 10+ years in packaging machinery, strong PLC/motion control skills, and experience with Beckhoff, B&R, Siemens, Schneider, or Rockwell. Travel up to 40–50% across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support for European customers across Flowpack, HFFS, and VFFS packaging lines.
• Design customized engineering solutions including motion control, drives, PLC programming, and HMI integration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site or remotely to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
