Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or technical education, or 3+ years troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems is preferred.
• Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities.
• Complete on-site service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs with documentation and reporting.
