Job summary

ChargePoint seeks a Program Manager to support the Strategic Partners & Programs team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role focuses on managing partner engagements within the EV ecosystem, ensuring timely delivery of projects and facilitating clear communication.

Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree, 5+ years of experience in project management, and proven communication skills in English and German. Up to 50% travel within Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, program/project management or technical consulting.
• Experience in EV charging backend, Telematics or Energy Management is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage programs and workstreams agreed with partners.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of defined deliverables.
• Participate in QBR’s and present performance against KPIs.
