Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management, business development, or related roles, including at least 3 years in the EV industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships across cultures and create win‑win partnerships.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with a data affinity.
• Self-starter who can take ownership and deliver in a fast-growing environment.
• Academic thinking level or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of new Charge Point Operators, eMobility Service Providers, and other partners globally by building relationships, demonstrating value-add, and closing mutually beneficial deals.
• Manage strategic relationships with key partners by evaluating performance against KPIs, addressing operational issues, and driving continuous improvement of partner tools.
• Contribute to the overall commercial team strategy by applying insights from market trends, leading selected strategic initiatives, and recruiting and retaining high-performing team members.
