Erinion in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to own charging infrastructure projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles.

The role emphasizes structured project execution, clear stakeholder communication, and proactive risk management, with regular travel to project sites in the Netherlands and abroad.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules and site activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Independent problem solving across planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of charging infrastructure projects, primarily in the Netherlands with occasional international work.
• Conduct site assessments and advise on feasibility, timelines and budgeting.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage permitting processes and design compliance.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and timelines.
• Maintain stakeholder communication with clear progress, cost and performance reporting.
• Assist sales with technical input and cost estimates during discussions.
