Job summary

SPS Commerce, Inc. is seeking an implementation professional to join a team that brings customers live after sale and keeps them running. You will perform post-sale technical implementations, diagnose change events, and ensure all stakeholders stay informed about project status.

The role supports Dutch and English speakers, with a focus on ERP integrations (SAP, Microsoft) and EDI. The Breukelen, Netherlands office is the hub, with in-office collaboration two days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
• Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce the intended result.
• ERP knowledge, good communicator, problem solver.
• Familiarity with EDI and supply chain is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration to complete implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and goals.
• Track progress of implementation projects and ensure deadlines.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce required results.
