The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Transformation Lead with a solid technical or product background. Someone who is comfortable working with data, products, processes and people and who can help management teams make the right decisions.

You guide organisations through their AI journey, from first opportunity scan to concrete pilots and implementation. You challenge when needed, you build when possible, and you help teams move forward.

This is a role for someone who likes solving problems, creating clarity, and getting things done.

What You Will Do

Work with leadership (a must)

• Support CEOs and management teams in shaping their AI roadmap.
• Run sessions on AI strategy, readiness, opportunity mapping and priorities.
• Translate technical possibilities into understandable business decisions.
• Lead and facilitate short discovery sprints and pilot projects.
• Work directly with data, product and operations teams.
• Turn ideas into workable solutions, prototypes and improvements.
• Ensure projects actually land in the organisation and deliver value.

Bring technical depth (a pre)

• Understand data pipelines, model basics, integration points and constraints.
• Challenge vendors, tech teams and stakeholders based on real expertise.
• Spot what is feasible, what is not, and what needs to be built first.

Contribute to Tatoma (part of the team)

• Help strengthen our methods, tools and knowledge base.
• Support business development when needed.
• Explore opportunities to build your own focus area inside Tatoma.

Your Background

You have at least 7+ years in one or more of the following fields:

• Digital transformation / innovation roles
• Technical product management
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

You don’t need to be a full‑time coder today, but you must understand how modern AI systems, data flows and software products work in practice.

• Ability to run workshops, scope pilots, and manage stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who can explain complex things simply.
