The role

We’re currently looking for experienced senior Machine Learning & Agentic AI Engineers. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimising our innovative products. We will only consider top‑tier candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive in demanding environments.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years of software engineering experience
• Ability to ship complex products independently or in small teams
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages and willingness to learn new ones quickly
• When using libraries from open‑source projects, ability to debug, improve, and contribute to those projects
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud‑native tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, AWS
• Interact with product, management, and other devs in a fast‑paced, iterative product development cycle
• Critical thinking, problem solving, high autonomy, low ego, collaborative mindset; be ready to roll‑up‑your‑sleeves
• Already doing interesting projects with AI, machine learning, evaluations, complex agentic setups etc. – ideally familiar with deploying LLMs on own hardware or instances
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions
• Fluent English language skills required

• Experience building and deploying LLM‑powered tools (assistants, copilots, agents)
• UX‑minded: build tools humans want to use

• Experience designing and implementing safety and performance evaluations in generative AI
• Experience with fine‑tuning, synthetic data production, prompt engineering, and model comparisons

We’re remote‑friendly (CET ±3 h) and offer relocation support to Amsterdam if you want to join us onsite.
