Job summary

DoiT is seeking an Engineering Manager for Analytics to lead a remote, hands-on team across regions including the Netherlands. You will own delivery, architecture, and team growth while guiding engineers through design reviews, performance planning, and ongoing technical excellence.

You will drive hiring, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM to align priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience including hands-on leadership in building cloud-based SaaS products.
• Experience owning delivery, architecture, and team growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong API-first mindset with emphasis on scalable, reliable services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, focusing on delivery and personal growth.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure high-quality code through reviews.
• Own roadmap delivery, prioritization, and staffing in collaboration with Product teams.
• Hire and develop leaders to strengthen the team and raise the bar.
