Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape technical direction for our hybrid Amsterdam-based team. You will lead end-to-end feature work, decide on architecture, and ensure delivery of scalable software that powers our 100+ country deployments.

You’ll mentor engineers, push for intelligent use of AI tooling, and partner closely with PMs and EMs to improve processes and outcomes. A strong communication style and bias for action are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software at product companies.
• Strong architectural and systems design background.
• Experience with AI tooling and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature work with PM and architects.
• Coach engineers across seniority levels.
• Improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with EM and PM to align roadmap with impact.
