Job summary

Talentmark is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to drive the on-site implementation of new packaging and labelling lines at a pharmaceutical site in the Netherlands. You will manage FAT/SAT, testing, commissioning and verification within a highly regulated environment, coordinating with PMs, validation teams and vendors.

The role focuses on project execution with CAPEX exposure, strong electrical engineering skills and English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• A strong background in electrical engineering with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately seven years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment, preferably pharma/biotech.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and interpret technical docs.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and equipment testing.
• Fluent English; basic Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and commissioning of new packaging/labeling lines.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during FAT, SAT and commissioning.
• Perform electrical testing, validation and verification of equipment/systems.
• Develop test protocols and prepare assessment reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure activities comply with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Independently plan and execute electrical activities within projects.
