Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in operations or manufacturing.
• In-depth electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience with project management techniques; CAPEX project experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably GMP.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours.
• Fluent in English; basic Dutch is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ensure high-quality implementation with consideration for the full asset lifecycle.
• Provide second-line technical support for complex electrical and mechatronic issues.
• Investigate equipment and process problems and implement effective solutions.
• Plan and execute engineering and maintenance activities within assigned projects.
• Develop test protocols, conduct technical evaluations, and prepare assessment reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Automation, Validation, QA, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
