Job summary

MSD Netherlands in Haarlem seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead device assembly and packaging projects from concept to execution within the Packaging Technical Operations team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new equipment and improve process robustness for pharmaceutical products.

• Strong project management and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design, development and implementation of packaging equipment solutions for pharmaceutical products, on time and within budget.
• Participate in technology transfer and validation of packaging and device assembly processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new packaging technologies.
• Provide technical oversight for implementation of packaging processes and equipment.
• Engage in continuous improvement to enhance process robustness and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project documentation with specifications, timelines and budgets.
