Job summary

Panda International in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead maintenance and project deployments within its labelling and packaging lines. You will act as IV and manage electrical safety within the production area.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review electrical modifications, and write test protocols while ensuring compliance with NEN 3140, 60204-1 and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in operations/manufacturing environment.
• In-depth electrical knowledge and installation responsibility under NEN 3140.
• Experience with NEN-EN-IEC 60204-1 and safety standards.
• English and Dutch language proficiency (Dutch preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work in projects of varying complexity to deploy high-quality electrical systems.
• Be the electrical expert for Maintenance & Engineering and project teams.
• Serve as Installation Responsible Person (IV) under NEN 3140 and manage electrical safety in the production area.
• Oversee planned and preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
• Review electrical modifications to ensure GMP change control and QA compliance.
• Provide second-line support for complex electrical issues on the shop floor.
• Plan and execute maintenance and engineering tasks within assigned projects.
