On behalf of our client, a leading provider in process engineering and plant construction, we are filling the position Senior Electrical Construction Manager at the earliest possible date.

TASKS

• Responsibility for all electrical systems and for supervising electrical installation and assembly work for international customer projects
• Supervision for project organization and site coordination as well as ensuring the smooth and timely execution of all electrical work
• Technical leadership, scheduling, and support of the electrical assembly teams, as well as close cooperation with project partners
• Management and monitoring of subcontractors regarding quality, adherence to deadlines, and safety requirements
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, schedules, and quality standards
• Preparation of work and deployment plans, quality documentation, and inspection reports
• Participation in the technical development of tender documents
• Regular travel as part of project assignments

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a master craftsman or technician, or a degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of installation and commissioning of electrical systems as well as switching and control systems
• Proven expertise in plant engineering and electrical installation, ideally with leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel
