Job summary

Tecwave B.V. is seeking an Electrical Industry Supervisor to coordinate on-site electrical work and lead a team of electricians on projects in the East-Brabant area.

You will serve as the key link between shop floor activities and project management, ensuring work aligns with client specifications and safety standards. The role focuses on leadership, planning, and hands-on supervision, with responsibilities spanning site coordination, customer liaison, and on-site problem solving.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the industry and in a similar role.
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary techniques and industrial installations.
• Possession of a VCA Vol certificate.
• Experience in leadership, planning, and organizing.

Job Description
As an Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating assembly work and managing a team of electricians. You ensure that projects are carried out according to specifications and that customer requirements are met. In this role, you are an important link between the shop floor and project management.

Your responsibilities as an Electrical Engineering Supervisor:

• Coordinating and performing electrical work on-site;
• Managing and supervising a team of electricians;
• Maintaining customer contact and coordinating work;
• Assisting with calculations of additional and reduced work;
• Ensuring safety on the project site.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in the industry and in a similar role;
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary techniques and industrial installations;
• In possession of a VCA Vol certificate;
• Experience in leadership, planning, and organizing.

• Salary up to €4,900 (depending on experience and education);
