Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end Dutch payroll in Nmbrs across multiple entities. You will ensure Dutch statutory obligations, accurate tax filings, and payroll accounting while acting as a backup for other international payrolls.

You will drive process harmonization, automate steps, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and providers to maintain audit-ready payroll operations during growth and transitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dutch payroll experience, multi-entity in complex environments.
• Hands-on Nmbrs experience: end-to-end payroll, journal mappings, loonaangifte, reporting and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Dutch payroll compliance: loonheffingen, social security, WKR, 30% ruling, expatriate taxation.
• Experience with international payroll and acting as backup for other country payrolls.
• Strong payroll controllership: design controls, SoD, audit-ready evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Dutch payroll in Nmbrs across entities and pay groups, monthly and off-cycle runs.
• Ensure tax and social security compliance, timely loonaangifte, corrections, and correspondence resolutions.
• Administer complex pay items (30% ruling, expatriates, RSU/option taxation, pensions, leaves).
• Run shadow payrolls for international assignees and act as backup for other country payrolls.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive process harmonization to reduce manual steps and errors.
