Role Purpose

Client facing role shaping and leading strategic Tech Ops and Manufacturing transformations, enabling resilient, compliant, and future‑ready Pharma operations in Capgemini NCE SBU. The role anchors Capgemini’s credibility in regulated manufacturing, quality, and supply chain environments, bringing together capabilities from across Capgemini business lines and leveraging latest technologies, including Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and co‑own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams, acting as the lead domain solution authority.
• Define end‑to‑end target architectures combining business, technology, and operating model perspectives.
• Lead client‑facing visioning, roadmap, and solution‑definition workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Articulate clear value propositions and business cases linked to measurable outcomes.
• Lead functional domain squad from different Capgemini business lines in domain scope in NCE LS Domain sales hub.
• Contribute to Capgemini’s domain‑specific point of view, offers, and go‑to‑market messaging.
• Partner with global domain industry leads and delivery teams to create reusable solution assets and patterns.

Requirements
