The ideal candidate has over 15 years of expertise in the Life Sciences industry and a proven record in managing complex transformation deals.

This role involves defining end-to-end architectural solutions and leading workshops with senior stakeholders, leveraging Capgemini's capabilities in AI and technology to accelerate client innovation and success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting.
• Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals.
• Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope.

Responsibilities

• Shape and co-own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams.
• Define end-to-end target architectures combining business, technology, and operating model.
• Lead client-facing visioning and solution-definition workshops with senior stakeholders.
