With at least 15 years in the Life Sciences industry and proven experience in complex transformation deals, the right candidate will engage with senior stakeholders, lead workshops, and contribute to strategic initiatives across various Capgemini business lines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or consulting.
• Proven track record in supporting large, complex transformation deals.
• Strong credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and co-own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams.
• Define end-to-end target architectures.
• Lead client-facing visioning and roadmap workshops.
• Articulate clear value propositions linked to outcomes.
• Lead functional domain squad in domain scope.
• Contribute to Capgemini’s domain-specific offers.
• Partner with global domain industry leads for reusable solutions.
