QuantWare is seeking a Director of Systems Integration to lead and scale the engineering organization responsible for deploying our quantum hardware with top-tier global partners. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs and serve as the executive engineering interface to strategic enterprise partners.

You will recruit and mentor senior engineers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and de-risk technical and schedule risks across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering field.
• 10+ years of technical leadership with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Customer-facing delivery of complex hardware integration projects.
• Strong cross-functional communication with executive leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale system engineering teams across Systems Engineering, HPC Integration, Ecosystem Management, and RF Engineering.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year quantum hardware integration projects with partner co-design.
• Build and manage relationships with senior engineering leadership at customers and partners.
• Identify and de-risk technical, timeline, and cost mismatches with third-party suppliers and integration partners.
• Establish and scale engagement frameworks, training programs, and logistics processes to support integration projects.
