Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Director of Product (Employer of Record) based in the Netherlands to own vision, strategy, and execution for a key EOR product.

You will lead a product organization spanning customer experience, internal tooling, and the employee lifecycle while driving AI-enabled, scalable workflows across regulatory environments. This is a remote-first, global opportunity with cross-functional leadership and high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5–7 years leading PMs.
• Experience in complex B2B, FinTech, HR tech, payroll, or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to align product vision with business outcomes.
• Experience using AI to transform how product teams work.
• Strong leadership during organizational change and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Reliable home internet and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Employer of Record offering.
• Lead end-to-end product performance and the operational experience behind it.
• Translate complex regulations into scalable, automated workflows.
• Balance investments across new capabilities, regulatory needs, debt, and priorities.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Group Product Managers toward ownership and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align strategy and execution.
• Establish an AI-first approach to product development and learning.
• Contribute to senior leadership strategy during organizational change.
