Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director of Marketing based in the Netherlands to lead demand generation across EMEA and APAC, shaping a modern engine and owning strategy, systems, and execution to generate pipeline and revenue. An individual contributor role with hands-on execution.

You will leverage AI, automation, predictive analytics, and experimentation to improve targeting, personalization, and efficiency, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with demand-gen focus.
• Proven ability to own strategy and execution and impact pipeline.
• Experience building reporting frameworks and interpreting marketing data.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversions.
• Hands-on with AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intent data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for EMEA and APAC.
• Build scalable programs that generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and conversions.
• Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion.
• Plan integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, events, and other channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and data teams.
