Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Global Quality and Strategy leadership. You’ll shape people strategies that drive performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth in a complex global setting.

You will lead major transformation initiatives, build leadership capability, and ensure compliance, culture, and employee engagement align with Teva’s Pivot to Growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred, in a related field.
• Significant experience as an HRBP to senior execs.
• Experience across Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing or Strategy teams.
• Global, matrixed environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives within Global Quality and Strategy.
• Lead organization design, transformation, and change programs.
• Deliver executive coaching and leadership development.
• Drive long-term workforce planning and succession readiness.
• Build talent pipelines for technical, scientific, and leadership roles.
• Guide data-driven people decisions and workforce insights.
• Navigate governance, risk, and compliance with HR partners.
