Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing to lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting efforts for External Manufacturing categories. You will drive RFx events, supplier negotiations and contract execution while partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and value-focused outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll translate category strategies into actionable sourcing plans, deliver savings, and build strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Associates degree required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years’ experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting activities, preferably in external manufacturing or regulated industries

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events for EXM categories and suppliers.
• Plan and execute RFx events, negotiations and supplier selections.
• Drive cost optimization and supplier value through disciplined sourcing practices.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to support contract development and execution.
• Track sourcing outcomes and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
