Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred, especially with focus on strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the Global Supply Chain strategy with measurable objectives and executable plans.
• Establish operating rhythm connecting Long Range Planning, Annual Operating Planning, performance management, and strategy execution.
• Drive KPI tracking, milestone management and value realization reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, logistics, digital, inventory and network optimization.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial, Finance and Digital.
