Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to partner with the Global Quality and Global Strategy organizations. You will translate business strategy into workforce solutions, lead major transformation initiatives, and drive leadership development across a highly regulated, global environment.

The role requires extensive HR leadership experience, executive coaching, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP to senior executives.
• Experience supporting Quality, Regulatory, or Transformation functions in a matrix, global setting.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational design and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to people strategy.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR partnership to Global Quality and Global Strategy leaders.
• Align people priorities with business objectives to enable growth and performance.
• Lead organization design, transformation programs, and change management.
• Develop talent, succession planning and leadership development pipelines.
• Coach senior leaders and support workforce planning and capability building.
