Job summary

Teva seeks a Senior Director, Supplier Relationship Management, to lead an external manufacturing site network ensuring reliable patient supply and regulatory compliance. The role oversees cross-functional partners and drives manufacturing readiness, process improvements, and lifecycle management across multiple sites.

The incumbent collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, MSAT, and Finance to optimize costs and performance, while sustaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive biologics experience in manufacturing or related roles.
• 10+ years leadership in biologics manufacturing including external manufacturing/CDMO management.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing science, and process validation.
• Experience supporting regulatory filings and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across external partners to ensure reliable patient supply.
• Establish governance, metrics, and management review programs for performance.
• Identify supplier risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in external manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and MSAT to maintain cGMP compliance.
• Develop long-term supplier strategies and capital planning.
