Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Strategy Development and Deployment Lead for its Global Supply Chain. You will shape long-term direction, translate strategy into actionable plans, and drive disciplined execution across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Commercial and Digital.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop business cases, manage performance, and realize value from strategic priorities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred, especially with a focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership

Mansioni

Strategic Advisory & Business Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Leadership Team on strategic priorities, emerging risks, and business performance.
Strategy Development & Planning: Lead deployment of the Global Supply Chain strategy, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable objectives, clear accountabilities, and executable plans.
Strategy Deployment & Performance Management: Establish and drive the strategy deployment framework across Global Supply Chain and ensure KPIs and execution plans.
Transformation & Strategic Initiative Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional supply chain transformation initiatives spanning planning, logistics, digital, inventory, and operational excellence.
Organizational Effectiveness & Capability Building: Help strengthen strategic planning and decision-making across the organization.
