Job summary

LouwersHanique, a part of IDEX Corporation, seeks a Senior Director of European Sales to drive revenue and strategy across Europe for semiconductor equipment. You will align Sales, Product, and Operations to pursue opportunities with key OEMs and regional accounts.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage funnel discipline, and engage executives to ensure strong execution of regional plans and growth priorities. Remote work is possible across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, semiconductor equipment, or engineered products.
• Strong experience leading regional sales teams and managing strategic customer relationships in Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to own revenue plans, commercial KPIs, funnel discipline, and forecast accountability.
• Ability to lead through influence across Sales, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Business Lines.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the European sales strategy, revenue plan, account coverage model, and growth priorities for the assigned semiconductor market.
• Lead regional funnel creation, qualification, prioritization, and progression to improve win rate, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
• Develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships across strategic OEMs, regional accounts, and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Applications Engineering to prioritize customer requests, technical engagement, and commercial resources.
• Lead and develop the European sales team, establishing clear goals, operating expectations, and accountability for performance.
• Partner with global leadership to support organizational change, talent development, and consistent commercial processes.
