Job summary

LouwersHanique, a company of IDEX Corporation, is based in the Brainport/Eindhoven region and seeks a Sr. Director of European Sales to own regional commercial strategy for the Global Semiconductors business across Europe.

You will lead customer engagement, revenue growth, and funnel discipline while ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Business Line leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in complex B2B sales in semiconductor/engineered products.
• Experience leading European regional sales teams.
• Ability to own revenue plans, commercial KPIs, funnel discipline, and forecast accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own European sales strategy, revenue plan, and growth priorities.
• Lead funnel creation and progression to improve win rate and forecast accuracy.
• Build executive relationships with OEMs, regional accounts, and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Applications Engineering to prioritize customer requests and resources.
• Lead and develop the European sales team and establish accountability for performance.
• Ensure alignment with global priorities and cross-functional execution.
