Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Expert to strengthen our international analytics capabilities across digital channels, ensuring privacy-friendly measurement and reliable reporting. You will work with NN International units to translate business needs into robust measurement solutions for websites, apps, and sales funnels.

You will design GA4/GTM implementations, manage data layers, and drive dashboards, CRO initiatives, and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital analytics or web/app measurement.
• Advanced hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM, including data layers.
• Experience with consent management and privacy solutions.
• Experience with digital reporting, attribution, CRO and tools such as Power BI, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, or Optimizely; basic SQL and Python knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the international measurement framework, tracking standards, naming conventions, and implementation documentation.
• Design and configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager measurement across websites, mobile apps, lead forms, calculators, and end-to-end sales funnels.
• Translate business needs into data-layer requirements, event specifications, dimensions, conversions, audiences, and implementation guidelines.
• Support business units and development teams with analytics implementation, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and conversion rate optimization.
• Analyze digital performance, build dashboards, drive A/B testing and experimentation, and ensure measurement remains privacy-compliant.
