You will work closely with cross functional teams to shape strategy, improve user experience, and drive measurable growth across a platform used by millions.

The Role

You will act as a strategic analytics partner across product, business, and marketing teams, using data to influence decisions and optimise performance.

• Translate complex business questions into clear analytical approaches
• Analyse large scale behavioural and commercial datasets to uncover insights
• Design and evaluate experiments including A B tests and causal analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders
• Work closely with product managers, marketers, and engineers to drive impact
• Communicate findings clearly and turn insights into actionable recommendations

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a digital or marketing focused environment
• Advanced SQL skills working with complex, large scale datasets
• Experience using Python for analysis and modelling
• Hands on experience with experimentation and statistical analysis
• Proven use of data visualisation tools, ideally Tableau
• Practical experience with GA4, including event modelling and reporting
• Confident communicator able to influence non technical stakeholders
• Strong curiosity around user behaviour, products, and growth
