Randstad is recruiting for an experienced assortment and demand planner at Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum. In this role, you will help align supply and demand by translating market trends into reliable forecasts and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop detailed demand plans, apply advanced forecasting techniques, and analyze sales and promotional data to ensure timely and accurate launches.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, logistics, or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in demand or product mix planning.
• Demonstrable experience with advanced forecasting techniques and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in advising and mentoring direct colleagues.

In this role, you’ll develop detailed demand plans for your product category. You’ll forecast consumer trends and market movements based on sales figures, marketing plans, and seasonal data. You’ll work closely with various internal teams and ensure that everyone involved has the right information in a timely manner.

where will you work

You’ll be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus fully immersed in the energy and values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

• travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to a maximum of 100 km per day)
