Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Product and Assortment Specialist for Women’s Shoes to support Nike EHQ in Hilversum on a 6-month maternity leave contract. The role focuses on tight schedules, up‑to‑date systems, and smart process improvements within a dynamic, multi‑season environment.

You’ll work 40 hours a week in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and report to the manager, Joris. The position requires strong data skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for consumer products.

Qualifications

• At least a completed associate’s degree.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in assortment management, product management, or commercial analysis.
• Excellent proficiency with data and reporting tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or comparable reporting systems.
• Strong skills in process improvement and automating reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll support two experienced product specialists and report directly to your manager, Joris. You’ll ensure that the systems are always up to date, monitor timelines, and maintain an overview of a broad footwear portfolio. In addition, you’ll explore how work processes can be streamlined and accelerated using automated reports.

where will you work

You'll be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus fully immersed in the energy and values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

• travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to a maximum of 100 km per day)
